Privacy notice
This notice explains how Tovi handles information when you visit the website, ask about a mock-up or contact Tovi.
Who is responsible
Tovi is a trading name of Annt Capital Ltd. Contact hello@tovi.uk with questions about your information. Our full company disclosure appears at the end of this page.
What we collect
The enquiry forms ask for your name, trade, town and phone number. You may also give an email address and a message. We record your optional marketing choice, the page used and the enquiry source. Please avoid sensitive information and do not send details about other people unless needed.
Why we use it
We use your details to respond to your enquiry, discuss a mock-up and prepare a proposal if you ask for one.
When you ask for a mock-up or a proposal, we use your details to take steps you have asked for before a possible contract. For general enquiries and follow-up calls, we rely on our legitimate interests in replying to you and running our business.
Marketing emails require your separate consent. You can withdraw it at any time without affecting your enquiry.
Services that handle information
Cloudflare Pages hosts the website. When you send an enquiry, the form sends it to a Cloudflare Worker that we run. The Worker checks the submission and passes it to Twenty CRM, where we keep enquiries.
We run Twenty CRM ourselves on a server we rent from Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Hetzner hosts the server as our processor, which means it handles your details only on our instructions. Twenty, the company that makes the software, does not receive your details.
When it is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for spam.
Retention and access
If you do not become a customer, we keep your enquiry for 12 months after we were last in touch, then delete it.
If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a record of that for as long as we need to respect your request.
We keep server and technical logs for 30 days.
Only people who need your information to reply to you or provide a service can see it.
International transfers
Enquiry data is stored on our server in Germany. The UK treats the EU, including Germany, as giving adequate protection for personal data.
Cloudflare runs a global network and may process data outside the UK, including in the US. It does this under its data processing terms, which use the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your information. You may also object to processing or ask for a portable copy. Email hello@tovi.uk to make a request. You can withdraw marketing consent using an unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

Optional services and changes
No analytics runs by default. External websites have their own privacy notices. We will update this notice if our services or practices change.
